Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – San Bruno | Afternoons 2–6 PM Monday-Friday| Paid Training – No Experience Required

Pay, Benefits & Perks 

• Competitive pay: 

• $27.00–$27.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience 

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 24.00 for each billable client hour worked 

• 17.50/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time 

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

What You'll Do

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism at our Dublin center (paid training provided)
• Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills one-on-one and in small groups – yes, a lot of it looks like play
• Collect data during sessions to track each child's progress
• Share progress updates with your supervising BCBA and team
• Communicate clearly and warmly with clients, families, and colleagues
• Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
• Attend trainings and team meetings to keep building your skills

Schedule

• Part-time, Monday–Friday afternoons, 2:00–6:00 PM
• Weekend availability not required but a plus if centers offer Saturday Session to clients
• Great fit for students seeking consistent hours during the semester

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (current college students and recent grads encouraged to apply!)
• At least 18 years old
• Availability for 2:00–6:00 PM shifts 
• Patience, energy, and a genuine interest in helping children
• Ability to actively engage with kids – sitting on the floor, running, and playing
• Reliable transportation to our Dublin center
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bonus (not required): coursework or experience in psychology, education, childcare, or a related field
