We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month assignment. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support across multiple People Operations functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, records management, employee relations, and compliance.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains strict confidentiality, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities listed below are representative of the duties performed in this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, employee movement to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Help maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure the completion, organization, and accuracy of employee records, including I-9 documentation and personnel files.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee records and HR processes as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with company policies, HIPAA requirements, and PHI guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external agencies, and vendors.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources, People Operations, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Compensation

  • $25.00 per hour
  • Fully remote work environment

This is a temporary, full-time position with an anticipated duration of 12 months.
