The Provider Outreach Specialist is a highly visible, field based role responsible for driving client growth through consistent, in person relationship building with physicians, referral sources, and community partners. This role is predominantly “boots on the ground,” requiring frequent travel to meet directly with physicians, psychologists, other healthcare providers, office managers, and referral coordinators to generate referrals for children with autism who need Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
The Provider Outreach Specialist partners closely with local and regional leadership to execute grassroots marketing strategies that expand referral pipelines, support new center openings, and accelerate growth in both established and emerging markets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing environment running successful campaigns specific to multi-location marketing. Healthcare-specific marketing is preferred. Additional job requirements - Takes an active interest in improving programs and deepening community relationships. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, internal and external. Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proper support in place to travel monthly.
