Position Summary:
As an intake Administrator, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of children with autism. To excel in this position, we are looking for someone who embodies exceptional customer service. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and deliver outstanding support will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Your goal will be to greet potential families with a warm supportive welcome and guide them through the initial steps of starting services with BlueSprig. You will utilize various client information systems to collaborate with caregivers and our Care Coordination team, gathering initial information from families, guiding them through the next steps and answering questions.
Compensation: $19 per hour.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education/ Experience: Posses a bachelor's degree or equivilant combination of experience and traning. Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare field or related area. Posses a working knowlege of commonly used healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures, with specifc expiriences in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) being preffered.
