Are you passionate about automation, browser extensions, and AI-driven engineering? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Automation Developer with a foundation in JavaScript/Node.js and an eye for product design to join our growing team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.), browser automation frameworks (Stagehand), and modern development practices while contributing to meaningful solutions in the healthcare space.

 

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000K, based on experience

Responsibilities

As a Junior Automation Developer, you will:

  • Build and maintain automation scripts using Node.js/JavaScript and tools such as Stagehand.

  • Develop browser extensions that streamline workflows and boost user productivity.

  • Leverage AI-powered code tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for faster development, debugging, and prototyping.

  • Explore and apply the latest trends in AI, agentic coding, and healthcare-focused RPA.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-centric automation solutions.

  • Use Git and modern version control practices to contribute to codebases and manage pull requests.

  • Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of automation projects to ensure reliability.

  • Participate in product design discussions, focusing on usability, workflows, and automation opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent experience (1–2 years in development/automation).

  • Strong foundation in JavaScript/Node.js development.

  • Experience with browser automation frameworks (Stagehand preferred).

  • Familiarity with AI coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).

  • Interest in healthcare automation and RPA.

  • Understanding of product design principles, user experience, and workflow optimization.

  • Experience with Git/version control.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
