Base Salary Range: $75,000-$78,000 + Individual Performance Bonus paid monthly (additional 5,000k - 14,000k per year) + Work-From-Home Days policy!

Join our beautiful Lithonia Center, a vibrant and supportive environment for BCBAs! With floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and a dedicated classroom area for transitioning clients, this center offers an ideal setting for both clients and staff. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of tenured and new RBTs, with strong leadership support from a Clinical Director, Operations Manager, Senior Clinical Supervisors, Interns, and more! We prioritize work-life balance, mental health, and encourage 1 work-from-home day per week after getting established!
