Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Full Time Associate Clinician to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Warren, MI location!

We’re looking for innovative leaders, who are eager to support our families and RBTs with a desire to provide high-quality ABA services to diverse individuals.

 

ABOUT YOU

You  have a Masters Degree, and 2 years of therapist experience working with individuals with Autism. You have experience supervising and training therapists, providing parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA. You have experience managing a clinical caseload and creating and monitoring the outcomes of behavioral programs under the supervisor of a BCBA. Lastly, you are passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from late 2023 or sooner per - MCCMH requirements 
  • Minimum of 2 years of working with ABA service providers.
  • Experience in supervision, training, and direct therapy guidance is required.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Here are some of the more specific areas where we need your expertise:

  • Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
  • Assist with assessments for clients, introduce therapy programs, select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA’s guidance.
  • Work with clients between the ages of 2 - 18 years old.
  • Receive the supervision and support needed to sit for your BCBA exam.
  • Opportunities to supervise and train therapists, provide parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework from 2023 or sooner
